3-2 pitch

Post by david1bj » Thu Apr 12, 2012 6:47 pm

The Detroit Catholic League plays 3-2 pitch and a lot of youth tournaments in my area do the same. Is there an option for that for a game? Or would I have to just add one ball and one strike manually to each batter as he comes to the plate?

Not currently an option. FTM has had this request before and believe it may be on their enhancement list.

We do not have a way to start with a 1-1 count, but you can use In Play, Walk when the third ball is pitched, or Out, Strike Out when the 2nd strike is thrown if you would like. Other than that, it seems the scoring should be the same as regulation baseball.

Thanks for the tip on the 3-2 count. However, if you could add this feature it would be helpful. We do keep track of pitch counts in the CYO league. I'm not sure how this will affect that. Will try this weekend.
