Player in tats but not box score

Substituted two players in the game in the same inning. Both showed up in the team scorecard and stats but one didn't show up in the emailed box score. Trying to figure out why. Any insight is welcomed. Thanks

Did the player that did not show up bat? If there are no offensive statistics for the player, he will not show up in the box score.

Neither player hit, but both were on the field defensively. Neither made a defensive play. The one still showed up.

If you can do an Options -> Export from within iScore and email your customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscoresports.com and let us know which game/players did/did not show up, we can take a look at your data and let you know why.
