Intentional Walk Pitch Count

Post by rayboston » Wed Apr 18, 2012 1:23 pm

Is there any way to get the app to add 4 pitches to a pitch count when there is an intentional walk? I like my pitch count to match the pitch count on TV and at the park.

Thanks!

just swipe across the ball button (as opposed to pressing) 4 times. Will record the pitches as Intentional Balls, much the same as swiping strike records them as swinging.

iScore gives the ability to do it either way, since in some youth leagues, you don't make the pitches, the batter just is given the base.

Is there a similar trick for pitch-outs? Or are those just Balls?

Statistically just a ball. You could add a note if you wanted.

Hi,

I've been trying this "swipe across the ball button" movement, but it is not recording an intentional ball. Were you talking about the iPhone app?

It works on all the versions. Place your finger on the Ball button, and without lifting, slide your finger up.
