Hi!
I love the i-ScoreCast - it is great (some game management is needed).
How does the TwitterCast work?
I know, you have to register with Twitter and add the phone number. But, how and what the iScore post to Twitter?
Does it do it automatically (like i-ScoreCast) or manually?

Re: TwitterCast - How does it work?
Once you have set up a Twitter account, you can enter your Twitter login information into iScore, and throughout the game, you can click the little "tweet" button. It will send the current game status (inning, score, outs, who is on base, etc) out to your Twitter account, and anyone that is following you will receive the information. The "tweet" button is on the main scoring screen... you just flick to the left in the top section where you see the batter and pitch info. When you flick left once you'll see the scoreboard, and the next section over has the tweet button.

But does it use the text SMS feature of the iphone going OUT, and does it cost me a text message? I have a 200 text limit, and want to know if it impacts that.

Re: TwitterCast - How does it work?
It does NOT use text messaging... it uses the Twitter servers to send the messages. You must have a Twitter account, but there is no fee to establish one, and no fee for sending the messages. People can opt to receive your messages as SMS text through the Twitter service if they would like... that is up to the people that "follow" you.
