A couple questions on Preset Fielders usage...
I had never used this much in previous seasons, but our new coach does plan out the entire game and provides this to me ahead of time, so I have been using this year.
It seems the initial lineup settings (1st inning in preset) is based on the roster settings when that game was created, correct?
So, I was expecting to be able hit play, tweak the lineups, then go to options -> preset fielders and see the default list to match what I set the lineup to. But instead, I have to now set the 1st inning again to match my lineup and then continue on to the other innings. Do I have this right?
So, it seems you want to set your lineup in your team roster before creating the game, in order to have at least the first inning match the lineup.
Then, the other thing I noticed is on the innings played summary (bottom of play-by-play). If I had a kid scheduled for a position, but then for whatever reason he doesn't go in that inning, so I sub him out, he still shows in the summary as having played that inning at that position.
examples:
Timmy is schedule to play SS in Top of 4. Batter makes last out in bottom of 3, iScore flips sides and shows Timmy at SS, but coach decides to put him in at Pitcher instead. So I sub in a different player at SS and make the sub at P. It now shows Timmy as playing SS and P that inning despite the fact that he never actually played SS.
Same scenario as above, but instead of playing P, he doesn't go in at all. Now he shows as having played SS only, when it should show out.
Do I understand each of these correctly?
Thanks.

Re: Preset Fielders
Yes, you have it correct. iScore performs the substitution at the beginning of each half inning. If you then sub somebody new in (i.e. coach changed his mind), it is still going to see the original preset substitution as well.
Our feeling is that subs during the game are not that hard to perform manually just by looking around the field and seeing who is in the game. This preset roster idea is something that was requested multiple times in the forum, so we went ahead and put it in, but as you are seeing, there are some limitations. If you stick to the planned lineup, things work great. If you (or the coach) changes their mind during the game, then you will potentially have multiple substitutions to "undo" the presets.
