Quick lineup for android?

On the iPad, I can show up at the game, adjust our teams existing players into the proper batting order easily and just run the quick lineup utility for the opposition lineup and it auto populates a specific number of players. You can then easily adjust their numbers as they come to the plate.

I have not figured out how to do this on the droid. Is there a quick way to populate the opposing teams roster on android?

Yes, the Android has the Quick Roster option as well. On the iPad / iPhone, the Quick Roster button is on the main Team Info page. On the Android, select Roster for the team, then you will see the Quick Roster option available there.
