games export but don't show on server website

games export but don't show on server website

I reciently switched to a new IPad. I did a restore and the Iscore and all the data are on the new IPad. I went to a tournament and input data for games. I did the export function and it said it was sucessful but when I go to the website the new games are not shown. What's going on.

If you got a new iPad, we have to switch your team website to pull data from that new device. Email us at support@iscoresports.com with the URL of your team website, and your new customer ID (found on Options screen), and we can switch your website for you.
