I'll let FTM or someone else answer your questions, but I can let you know that the caps lock button is on the left side of the keyboard, if you press it, it will allow you to type with lower case letters.

The other account has to transfer from your account to theirs... you can not force your data to another user's account. Here is the URL describing data sharing:

With the iScorecasts, the reason your game does not show is this player's name "Za'Maree". The Android version does not currently handle apostrophe's in player names correctly for the iScorecast. We will be posting an update to fix this shortly and you will then be able to re-synchronize and the scorecast will be available.
