Basketball. Setting up leagues

I have already set up several teams and scored several games prior to eating up the league. Is there anyway to switch these over even though I have already started scoring?

Go to Game Manager, select a Game, select Leagues, and you can assign the game to any number of leagues. Then when you report on that league, the game will be included.
