Greetings! We had our first game of the season and its great to see all the enhancements. Unfortunately, in our league, we don't get the opposing teams lineup until the "meeting at the plate" which is often less than 5 min from the first pitch. I set up our game and used "quick roster" to automate their lineup. I then spent those few precious minutes before the up called "play ball" to add Player numbers to the just created quick roster. All went well with the scoring of the game. After the game I exported to the myiscore website, found the team I had created and looked at their roster. I was surprised that it only contained the quick roster, firstname lastname info with NO uniform numbers. I read on your FAQ and saw that I could add uniform numbers after the game on my ipad using "Pitch by Pitch ->Game Starts". I did that and it the subsequent export contained the correct numbers.
My question is, is there a way to do all this from the website? Its nice to have the fullsized keyboard and I suspect I will do this often during the early part of the season as we face new opponents. After I have the uniform numbers, I see I can edit player info from the Roster on the web but it sure would be great to do that editing from the Web.
Thanks

You can edit the Team Rosters from the web, but you can not edit the Lineups for individual games on the web. In your case, you would want to edit the Lineup in the Game Starts record as you did, then press the Options button in the bottom right on the Lineup screen, and use "Copy Lineup -> Roster" to copy the changes you made to the lineup back to the team roster.

Thanks for the quick reply. Perhaps I wasn't clear on my question. I am not trying to edit the Lineup from the web. I would like to edit the Roster names on the web and I am not seeing the Player numbers for the roster (that I added to my quick roster on the ipad) being updated to the web from my export on the ipad.

When you were updating on the iPad, chances are you were updating the Lineup in the game and not the Roster in Team Manager. Using the "Copy Lineup -> Roster" will copy the changes you made in the lineup back to the Team Roster and you will then see the changes on the admin website after exporting.
