iPhone 4 -ipad2

I used a iPhone 4 last season for both my High School team (HST), and my American Legion (Bristol Post 382) team. I had only the iPhone app. I purchased the iPad 2 recently, and I downloaded the new iscore iPad app. I am unable to link to the website to update data or renew my website subscription. I have emailed support with no response. Can anyone help???

The last email we received from you was on Feb 27 about a different issue. If you email us at support@iscoresports.com with the URL of your team website, and the Customer ID of your new device (found on Options screen), we can make the chagne for you.
