Post Game Team Name Change

Post by teamchampion02 » Wed Mar 07, 2012 7:12 am

Maybe I'm missing something here......

This weekend, after our game was completed, I noticed an error in the opposing team's name. I went into Team Manager and made the correction. However, looking at Game Manager, I noticed the correction did not carry thru.

Is there somewhere else I can make the correction and have it carry all the way through the app?

I made the edit at the top of the summary page, however, that also did not carry through the rest of the page (Team ABC at the top of the page still read as TeamACB Statistics, etc).

Go to Game Manager, select the game, and scroll down the Game Info page and you will see the team names listed there on their own rows. Modify the team name there, and the team statistics team name will be updated.

Ok I've done that and it worked. However it didn't change it on the Game Manager home screen. Any thoughts?

If you can do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID (found on Options screen) and let us know which game you are having an issue with, we can take a look.
