Sponsors on team website

Post by mwhittington » Wed Mar 07, 2012 4:18 am

We have 5 sponsor for our team but some of these sponsors don't have a business logo. A couple just donated money and we want to recognize them but I'm unable to upload text without a graphic. Is it possible to "List" the sponsors on the sponsor page without a graphic?

Also is there a way to hold documents on the website that team members could access? For instance an Excel document with a tournament bracket it on it? It seems like i've read here where someone used google docs. i use google calendar for our website but unsure how i might use docs for this.

Thanks

It does appear that you must upload a picture or you get an error. I was thinking you might be able to just enter the comment field, but guess not. You could just use a generic logo ("Thank you", or whatever).

You have lots of freedom on the home page...many embed another website in there (wix is a popular choice, and what I use - though it is flash)...this embedded web page could then have your documents and anything else on it. I'm sure there are other ways as well.

You could also us MS paint to type out the sponsors name and then save it as a jpg and post that. Doesn't have to be a fancy logo, just the text.
