Frequent force closes very often on Android tablet

I am running version v2.40.227 on ASUS transformer with ICS. The program is great, but crashes between 8 to 15 times in a 7 inning game. I cannot pinpoint what makes it crash because it crashes while doing different things. Though allcrashes are while scoring a game.

We have scored many games with both the Motorola Xoom and Samsung Galaxy 10.1" without having any crashes. We do not have an ASUS transformer to test with, but our best guess is one of two issues... memory or speed of the device. If the app is crashing with a "Force Close", it is likely a memory issue and rebooting the device should help clear memory (and you can make sure to close other programs that may be running and taking up memory). If you are seeing "Not Responding" crashes, then that would be the speed of the device. We are about to release an update that optimizes several parts of the system that may help if that is the issue you are seeing.

If you have a crash while connected to the internet, and can submit a crash report along with a user note to identify who you are and let us know what the note is you put in the crash report, we should get extra information from Google about the crash that can help us troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks for the reply. I have a game to score today.i will reboot and clear memory before the game starts and see what happens. It is always a force close and not a stop responding. I will try to stimulate a game to get a crash while connected to the internet.

fyi... we released an update last night (v3.42) that addresses a couple of issues that can cause crashes. Be sure to update to that version.
