please tell me how to view an iscore cast

Our book keeper has started using iscorecast. I have the code but when I put it in it keeps telling me that something hasnt been set up. Could someone please walk me through how to view the iscorecast???

Go to http://iscorecast.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and enter the Customer ID of the device that is doing the iScorecasts. It will then list all the games that are available for viewing. If no games are being listed, it means the user has not been scoring games with iScorecast enabled. They should go to Options -> i-ScoreCast in iScore and enable iScorecasting, then the games they score will be posted to the iScorecast server as long as they have an internet connection while scoring.
