Missing player in team stats..

I scored our first school game the other day and all the players show up in the game stats
but when I switch to team stats, I am missing one player.. I have scored with iscore for about 2 yrs but have never seen this ...

Any help?

Sounds like the player is either not in the team roster (go to Team Manager, select the team, select Roster and verify the player is there), or you have a League selected that the player is not in (easiest check is go to League Manager, make sure there is a check mark next to the All league).

If one of the above does not solve the issue, if you can do an Options -> Export from within iScore, and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID (found on Options screen), and which team / player you are not seeing, we can take a look at your data.

Ok, here's what I found.. I used our coaches iPad to score the game. I then imported the game into MY iPad and it showed ALL the players with their stats. Not sure what happened on the coaches iPad. Maybe some sort of glitch or something. Either way, I now have ALL the info now and all is good.

Next question would be, if the coach deletes the game with the flaw, from her ipad, and then imports it back into her iPad from my database, shouldn't it show up correctly since its correct on mine?

Just want to be sure it would work that way.

Yes, it should show up fine. The only thing we can think of is the player is not listed in the Team Roster on the coach's device, but the player IS in the Lineup. The Team Stats will only display stats for players that are on the Roster for the team.

idea.. on problematic device check to be sure player is not only in team manager > roster but also is not tagged as inactive
