Nevermind. It's there now. I guess it just took a while for some reason. Although the picture is very small despite the fact that the version I uploaded was large. Not sure how to adjust this. HTML editing doesn't seem to be available on the roster tab and I don't see a setting to adjust the size of the roster profile shot.

The roster image will always be scaled down to about 80x84 on the Roster page.

I am having a similar issue. I added head shots of the boys on our team on my iPad by importing from my photo library. The show up on the flip side of the player cards on my iPad, and I have done a data export, but they still don't show up on the roster page of my team site. The settings are set to show images on the roster page, so why don't these show up?

Sounds like it may be a cache issue. The first thing to try doing is clearing your browser cache. If that does not work, please email us the URL of your team website and we will take a look.

Thanks for the quick response. It is working now though. It must have just needed time to propagate from the admin site to the team website.
