Adding Leagues

Post by rgossard » Sun Jan 29, 2012 4:03 pm

I added a new league "Scrimmages" today to track preseason games; however, there is no pulldown in either the stats page or game page for "Scrimmages" even though I scored a scrimmage today and emailed and exported the game. The scrimmage does show up under "All." What did I do wrong? I can't recall if I added the "Scrimmage" league before I created the game. Does that matter or can you add leagues to games after they are played?

You can add a league at any time. In order for it to appear on your website, you must add it to the TEAM. Go to Team Manager, select the team your website is for, select Leagues, and put a checkmark next to any leagues you want to appear on your Team Website.

Can't believe I forgot that little tidbit. Thanks, guess the off season has gotten me off my game. Anyway to keep the Scrimmages from posting under the "All" pulldown?

Meant to say, is there any way to keep Scrimmages separate from real games? If not, I'll just delete them when the season starts.

Not a way to remove scrimmages from all, but you can create a league for all games.

Just to add on to that...you can then make your 'All Games' league (which would exclude scrimmages) the default league on the website, so that it automatically displays that way.
