stats on the website

Post by jkmiller » Fri Dec 30, 2011 6:51 am

I made a test game on a kindle and moved it to my iphone. I have a website associated with the iphone. The cumulative stats are correct on the iphone, but when I exported from the phone the stats did not update on the website.

Try refreshing your Internet page. Sometimes it pulls from a cached location.

The website will always reflect what is on the device that the website is associated with. Is it possible you got a new device? If so, we would have to update your website to pull from that new device.

If you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with the URL of your site, and the Customer ID of your device (found on the Options screen in iScore), and a brief note explaining the situation, we can look at your data directly.
