Getting data on a kindle from a website

I am trying to retrieve data on a kindle fire from a website created with an iPhone. I went to Data Sharing/Get from Web and logged in using the login info from my iPhone and got an error message saying Login Failed - Unable to login with that username and password.

Make sure you do an Options -> Export from your iPhone to put the latest data on our server (including the password), then try using data sharing again. If you would like us to transfer your entire database for you, if you do an Options -> Export from BOTH devices, and email us at support@iscoresports.com with the Customer ID of both, we can transfer it for you.
