Iscore with multiple devises

I apologize if this was already answered, I tried goings through all of the post but didn't see this specifically addressed.

I am in charge of a growing organization of 2 teams and next year will be three. I coach the 10u team so it is not realistic for me to be at both teams games all the times . I have a scorekeeper that uses my I-Pad for the 10u and have now trained 2 others to use the software for the 12u team.

I would like for both of the I-Pad's to be able to broadcast form the same Iscore location. Is this possible, I purchased websites for both teams, from this I-Pad, if that makes a difference.

Being pretty inept when it comes to the actual technology please be very gentle and don't assume I know anything.

The iScorecasts from each device would require a separate iScorecast viewer. You could however create a web page (or edit the home page of your team websites) to link directly to the iScorecasts of each device you score from. The link for baseball would be:

Where you would replace the XXXXX with the Customer ID of the device (found on Options screen in iScore).

When people click this link, it will take them directly to the iScorecast listing for that device.

A number of us run multiple teams concurrently ... It is very doable.. And not too complicated but It does take some coordination and understanding on how to use "options> data shareing"

Here are some tips and pointers

have one device be your "master"

purchase all your team sites from that 'master' device.

After a game is scored on a secondary device, have them update the ftm server, with "option >export" then pull that game not your master device using "option> data share > get from web > enter secondary use device id and password (both found on secondary device under "option > admin website"

Now every time you "option>export" from the master device, all your team web sites are updated at once. (you will need to iscorecast synch each game on the master device and email yourself the scrore card for each game for the web sites to have that info too)

Real time iscorecast is a different story.. The URL will depend the device scoring as FTM mentioned.
