Make sure that you do not have your screen locked (to prevent rotation.) It is a switch on the side of the ipad near the volume controls.

The switch on the side turns on/off the Ipad, All other apps do rotate but this one.

Apple controls the functionality of those switches, not us. iScore should behave exactly like every other app when those switches are used.

Works fine with my ipad1 with up to date iOS (5.0.1) and iscore (3.43 for iPad)

Correct me if I am wrong. The button on top is power on /off.
The switch on the side is mute/lock (depending on your general setting)

I just found out the reason why my Iscore app does not appear in my second Ipad. According to Itunes, this app appears under the Iphone list and it does not appears under the Ipad list. The Iscore app I bought is for the Ipad, and I just double check it, when you do a search in app store for the Iscore app, the app available for Iscore is under the Ipad section, For IPhone there is none and the requirements it is said it is compatible with the Ipad. So I made the right purchased. So then the question is why I can not see it in my Ipad Itunes apps?r How can this be possible?

The iphone version is compatible with the ipad, so it is confusing. When you open a game with the app, does the field take up the entire screen, or just a small portion? It sounds like you may have downloaded the iphone version and that is why it will not rotate. You can go to iscoresports.com and see screen shots of the two versions if that helps.

It does take the whole screen in portrait.

If the baseball field takes up the whole screen it sounds like you bought the iPhone version. Apple does not do a good job differentiating these two on iTunes. The iPad version says iscore for the iPad but the phone version just says iscore and does work on the iPad. But it is a different product and does lack a lot of the cooler features of the iPad version.
