Help to recover season stats

Post by Lindateammom » Sat Nov 12, 2011 7:39 am

Hi - my iscore app crashed on me last night - right before I was about to score a game, I had to delete app and reload to get it to work right (have used this app for a long time and that has never happened before). I thought once the game was over I would import from iscorecast and be able to recover lost info, that is not the case. I have done the import but the only game I can see on my phone is the one last night. Is there any way to recover the team stats I have lost?

If you send us an email to support@iscoresports.com with your Customer ID (found on the Options screen), we can check what data we have available for you on our server.
Check out the new iScore Baseball documentation page!
Includes videos and user manual.

Good luck lindateammom....FTM has a high success rate for data recovery..Hope your case goes well...

for all reading this.. Thought I woul remind folks of a few things...

It is recommended to "option > export" (internet connection required) after scoreing games.

If you regularly "option> export" your iscore database gets atored on FTM servers... They save the last few (three or so) exports...so very often they can go back in time and help recover historic data if you loose your device or something fails.

Also note, "option > import" pulls in the last export stored on the server and erases anything already stored on your device.. (if you option > exported the solo game, then that is what you are importing, .... Only FTM go back in time to find your prior export with your larger data set)

Also remember your device ID is device specific.. If you get a new device, the customer Id changes and FTM can help you transfer data in bulk or you can use option >data sharing to transfer data your self between devices..
