I-Pad running iOS5 compatible with I-Pad running iOS4?

I-Pad running iOS5 compatible with I-Pad running iOS4?

For blue tooth data sharing between I-Pads...are there any issues between an I-Pad running iOS4 & an I-Pad running iOS5?

I just upgraded my I-Pad to iOS5. My son's coach is running iOS4. Hoping there are no compatibility issues between the 2. :?:

There should not be any issues for sharing between iOS 4 and iOS 5.
