iPad Scatter Chart not showing in Player Card

Hi! First of all, what an unbelievable App!!! WOW!!! 1 million thumbs up!!!

This is my first year as head coach and I was NOT happy with conventional scorebooks, I wanted more stats to help make key decisions. iScore looks like EXACTLY what I was dreaming about!!

Anyways, to my question. I just downloaded the app last night, created all my teams and my rosters. I played a 'mock' game last night just so I would be up to speed for our first game tonight. Well, everything is great and working well, but when I go to 'Player Manager' -> 'Joe Schmo' -> 'Player Card'. I see the field, but no hitting scatters, I can tap 'stats' and I see the players stats, which include multiple hits. I can email the stats and the hitting chart comes through perfectly showing all the hits. I can login to the website and see the scatter plots and all the hits show.

It just seems that the hitting scatter chart is not showing on the ipad....?

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

The hitting chart is updated when the game is over. Since you were doing a test game, it sounds like you probably just stopped scoring without actually completing the game. If you go back into the scoring screen for that game, then tap Misc -> End Game, the hit charts from that game should be added to the player cards.

I ended the game, and went back to the player Info page and the hits are still not showing up on the hit chart. Any suggestions?

If you can do an Options -> Export from your device, and email us the Customer ID (found on Options screen), and tell us which player should have a hit on their chart but does not, we can take a look. Send the email to support@iscoresports.com.

FYI, for others who may experience this issue. I spoke with support and they suggested cycling the power. Simply cycling the power on the iPad fixed everything.

I experienced the same issue... didn't need to cycle the power on the iPad. I just quit the app, then relaunched it, and the card was correct.
