Scorecast substitution issues

When defensive changes occurs the player appears to leave the game instead of showing the new position in HTML.

Can you explain this a little more? This is in the HTML Viewer? It is not updating the positions of the players when you change the defensive position?

My son started in RF. In the third inning he went to CF. On the viewer his position is blank after the change.

FTM I can verify similar problems. In HTML viewer. Something is going wrong here.. This is not an isolated one off issue..

I can replicate with multiple games on HTML viewer (but not flash viewer, flash viewer seems ok on this issue, but has another semi related problem, see note at end on it)

For problematic games on html viewer, I can verify the defensive assignments are 100% correct on the hand held in the pitch by pitch, no ? mark players, for any activities.. (and iscorecast re synch to be sure up to date) but the HTML viewer shows blank in the position column in the line up... This happens for multiple games i tested.. multiple players.. multiple positions. ...Multiple innings (except first inning).

In fact my relief pitcher came in and is marked as pitcher for the inning in the pitcher box below the line up, but does not have a p next to his name in the Line up, just a blank..

I can not find a pattern .. it happens in multiple games , home or away, no pattern to position.. outfield, pitcher short stop catcher, and no pattern to players.. Some that come off bench, some that just switch positions on the field.. Some that were in pre position grid and some manually entered.. Only pattern is second inning on, not first inning.

In trying to see if problem exists on flash version, found a similar but different issue.
On the flash viewer, it is not removing players from their position in the line up section. It does fine on the field part of the screen, but player just removed still shows fielding position (not blank) in line up portion.
