Classify games

Post by jvanallen » Mon Sep 19, 2011 5:15 am

We are a select softball team that plays league and tournaments. I want to classify games by league, individual tournaments and all tournaments for stats. How do I set this up? And how do I set the games up to be in one or more of these?

There is a lot of good information on leagues in this thread here.

I do three leagues. The All Time, The Season and the tournament.

Essentially each tournament I just uncheck the old tournament and create a new one. When I create a game I make sure it's all correct before I go and that's it.

Then if I want to see the stats for my team in individual tournaments, under team manager, I just uncheck the All Time and Season and I just have the individual tournament.

If anyone has a better way, I'd love to hear it.

I have a league for each tournament, a league for all Fall Tournaments (per year), one for all Spring tournaments (per year), and a total for the year (full season runs Sept - July, with a winter break thrown in.) Last year I added a league for last four tournaments at the request of the head coach.
