Ok so I have been able for the past 4 game been able to get the data from our team score keeper, by doing the data share but now for the last 2 games nothing, he has done the export and everything but its a no go on my phone????
What can I do?
Can I remove the app from my phone and re download it? Would I have to pay for it again??
This has been going on for over a week and we can not get it to work any ideas???

Our guess is that you probably pre-created the games, and transferred them to your device before they were scored, and now it will not transfer them again because it thinks they are already on your device. Just go to Game Manager and delete the games that are already on your device that you want to transfer again, and you can then use data sharing to transfer those games.
If this is not the issue you are having, if you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with the Customer ID of each device (making sure to do an Export from both), and let us know which game you are trying to transfer that is not transferring, we can take a look to see what is going on.

That was the problem, thank you. Also solved the deleting problem too.
