I've recently taken over managing stats for my over-30-league baseball team, and the previous scorekeeper is gone (deployed to the Middle East).
The previous scorekeeper created a team website and uploaded stats game-by-game to it using his iPad's customer ID. My iPad has a different customer ID, and, though I know his iPad's ID and password (and have already used it to successfully import our team's stats to date into my new iPad), I cannot push stats to the existing team website--the one created using his iPad's customer ID--due to the customer ID for each iPad being unique.
So...how do I go about updating the existing team website from this new iPad? (I don't want to create a new team website, and I no longer have physical access to the previous scorekeeper's iPad.)
Thanks!
Moving from one iPad to another using same team website?

Send us an email to support@iscoresports.com with the URL of the team website, and your customer ID (found on Options screen in iScore), and we can transfer the site to your device.
Check out the new iScore Baseball documentation page!

Juphoff - worry not, support will respond to your email pretty quickly (usually w/in 24 hours) and get you fixed up.. just include in email old and new device id and the request to transfer master device for the team site.. Once done, will be good to go
