New device and how to transfer data?
I just bought iPad 2 but originally had the score program on iPad 1 - how do I keep the same team website and transfer data to this new device? It did not show up when I tried to sync???

First you need to know the customer/device id for each device
(it is device specific, can find it on bottom of options screen)
Second you need to option > export from the original device.
Third, you can use option > data share > get from web data base
To get data from original device to new device (enter original device id and password)
(you can also have FTM transfer the data manually for you, see below for more info)
Fourth, FTM has to manually re assign team web site identifiers from old device to new device, (users can not) as such you need to email support@iscoresports.com and provide them the old and new customer id and ask them to transfer your team site. While you are at it, you can ask them to also transfer your entire data base from old device to new, instead of data sharing it yourself..A benefit of FTM transfer (in addition to team site identifier) is theeir duplication retains leagues whereas data share does not..
Fifth, after FTM complete the transfer, you will then option > import on your new device to bring in your prior device data..
