BUG?: Some player cards coming out with overlapping tables

I have used player cards in the past with no problem. Today I generated 12 player cards and emailed them to myself. 10 were fine and 2 were 'munged' with the tables overlapping and some information missing (fielding table and spray chart). I am happy to email you (iScore) the files if needed.

One of the 2 player cards has a photo associated with it but the second one with an error does not have a photo. Anyone else run into this?

I exported the data and Tuned it up and re imported it and that did not help.

I generated the whole team's cards just 10 days ago (everything came out fine) and was looking to update after the last few games. Thanks in advance for your help.

If you can do an Options -> Export from within iScore, and email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com (found on Options screen in iScore), and which two players specifically are having issues, we can see what it going on. Thank you.

I had this problem in the past and it seemed to be tied to leagues. Sorry I do not remember the details, but I believe it corrected itself when I turned off leagues not associated with the particular team I wanted stats for. (player had played on more than one team.)

Hi,
I sent the player card pdf file and my customer ID to support earlier today.
@team mom - these players are only in one league. (I do have multiple leagues though)
Things were working for all player cards when I had 15 games entered. As soon as I went to do it after 19 games entered it worked for 10 of the 12 players, but two of the players did not work.
Hope support can hit one out of the park!

I'm having the exact same problem. I've been keeping my daughter's stats all season, printing out a new card every week without a problem, and we get to the last weekend, I update the last games of the summer and go to print the stats, and the fielding chart overlaps on top of the hitting chart or disappears altogether (depending on what pdf software I'm using to view it). If I only print the pitching and hitting stats, it comes out fine. With fielding included, it's messed up.

We actually just fixed an issue late last night where this would happen sometimes (based on rjc3000'd data). Did you try emailing / printing today? If it is still not working, if you can do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID and which player you are seeing an issue with, we can take a look.
