Delete webcast
Is it possible to delete games that are in the webcast library, and if so how?
Re: Delete webcast
You have to go to the admin website. There is a tab on there for Scorecasts and a delete link for each game.
Note: To find out how to get to your admin website, go to 'Options' on your device and tap 'Admin Website'. Details are there. The Admin Website is included with your purchase of iScore.

Thanks. Changed password to something I could remember, logged in, deleted iScoreCast games not wanted, and generally looked around the site. I am continually amazed by the complexity of the program but the simplicity of operation. Keep up the great work FTM.

Is it possible to access the admin. web site directly from iScore rather than exit the program, open Safari & input the web address?

The Admin Website was actually intended to be used from a desktop computer. No reason it would not work from the device, but the screens were really designed for a larger screen (although the iPad may work just fine).

Re: Delete webcast
I agree that the Admin web site is best viewed on a desktop computer. Even on the iPad some of the information is difficult to read. However that was not my question. In order to access the Admin website, I had to exit iScore, open a web browser, and then enter the necessary user name and password. It would have been nice to access the Admin web site directly from the Admin web site under Options.
However this is a minor inconvenience compared to all of the other excellent features of iScore and I hope that I do not have to access the Admon site very often.

Re: Delete webcast
i recall the idea being suggested many moons ago, to make the link clickable for the web address under options>admin web site

A couple of questions concerning Admin site:
1. Do you have to do an export before you log into the Admin site? I just tried to log in and it would not let me because I had not done an export.
2. If you make changes while on the Admin site, do you then have to do an import in iScore to make sure that the changes that you made while in the Amin site are also in iScore?

1 yes, the way you update the admin web site is by OPTION> EXPORT , and
(and yes on a new device, you need to export once to initialize the admin site with your device id, data and password). by the way, it is a recommended practice to OPTION > EXPORT after every game you score.. it both updates the admin web site, (and team web site subscriptions) but it also creates an archive for safe keeping on FTM servers of your database, should you loose your device or something bad happen to your database..
2 yes the way you bring changes made on the admin web site back to device is by OPTIONS> IMPORT
note: BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING OPTION > IMPORT . (hence the protective confirmation YES). Because it replaces all the data on your device with what is on the admin web server.
FYI - export does not update the iscorecast server, iscore cast synch from game info screen does that.
