Posting games on iScoreCast

We currently have a game going on but it is not posting online. This happens with some games. Settings have not been changed - still have iscorecast turned on. Why is the game not showing live?

#1 one cause for iscorecast games not showing up as expected on the internet is internet connectivity issues. Double check your signal/internet strength.

if you verify you have solid internet connectivity, then try to force an re synch/ update from game info screen by scrolling down and selecting iscorecast synchronize.. See if that solves the issue

How: game manager> select game > iscorecast synchronize

other secondary reasons have been...
b) iscorecast not turned on in options (main screen > options) (in your case, I know you said that is on)
c) wrong/ outdated URL, (you can email a game specific link using misc > email game link) to verify you have right url

Yes, tried to sync and that didn't work. We are using hot spot on mobile phones so maybe that is the issue. Works most of the time but sometimes they won't post.
