Two ABs combined into one

Post by efg » Sat Jul 16, 2011 8:52 pm

In a recent game, two at bats were somehow combined into one.

The situation:

- pitcher singles
- courtesy runner in for the pitcher
- next batter strikes out to end the inning

Somehow iScore combined the two at bats. In the scorecard, the 1B and K show up in the same box. iScore then started the next inning with the batter that struck out. I had to manually skip the batter and correct the stats afterwards.

We have not heard of this happening, but if you can do an Options -> Export, and email us your customer ID and let us know which game / at bat / player that you are seeing this issue with, we can take a look. Send email to support@iscoresports.com.
