IScore Central

When I go into Iscore Central to review our games not all of them are showing up. Everything is updating to our team website however. I did have to change my iphone out and the last game shown at Iscore Central was right before I switched phones. Is there anything that I need to do regarding maintenance to get it updated everywhere?

Check the device id you are using when you log onto my.iscorecentral.com.

When you changed physical devices, you changed device ID.
( each physical device is assigned a unique device id).

My.iscorecentral.com is specific to the device exporting the data, change device change storage location. When you export to iscore servers it stores the data by device id. I would be surprised if your team site is updating correctly if It was originally purchased on a separate device.

if you loose or change devices, and own a team web site subscription ( or MLB subscription) you need to email support@iscoresports.com with your old device id and new device id so they can transfer master device ownership association.
