Total # of games doesn't match # of games played

Post by Danger » Thu Jun 30, 2011 6:23 am

On the website statistics, I've got players who have played in 59 games. The team record is 38-20-1 (we had a tie in a pool game with a drop-dead time limit). However, the TEAM TOTAL row underneath the players listed shows that we played only 58 games. Could it be that it is not counting the tie as a game? This is the case for Hitting, Fielding, and Pitching stats.

Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere.

Are all the games showing up on the website? If not, make sure the games are assigned to the proper leagues, and the leagues are assigned to the team, and re-export. If that does not fix it, make sure that all your games on the device are marked Final. If you exited a game without ending it first, it will not show up in the statistics.

Just for clarification:

The individual player lines indicate that they've played in 59 games. It's the TEAM summation on the bottom line that says "58" games.

Example:

Player ........... G PA AB R H ....
Player A......... 59 128 103 37 48 ...
Player B......... 59 145 127 44 47 ...

Team Totals... 58 1189 1008 282 319...

All games are listed under "Games". All individual player stats are accurate. All the columns add up correctly. League is set to "All". The only number that is inaccurate is the "Team Total" of 58 games, which should indicate 59. I'm wondering if the Team Total figure is coming up with 58 because we have 1 tie game and therefore our record is 38-20-1.

We have a tie as well, and it does get included in our team totals. I do not know what is causing this. Hoping FTM can weigh in.

If you can do an Options -> Export from your device, and email us your Customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscoresports.com, and include a brief description of the issue in that email again, we can take a look at your data to see what is causing the issue.
