Lost pitching and fielding stats

We have 13 games in the score but I have no pitching and fielding stats. Only the hitting stats are showing.

May need to post back and forth a bit to fully resolve/clarify

First, lets see where you are not seeing defensive stats, (pitching and fielding stats) is it in game manager or in team manager. ?

go to game manager, select a game, select home/visitor pitching stats and then fielding stats. is that where they are not showing up?

if empty, then my guess is you did not position the defense in your starting line up and had (?) icon in fielding spots not player names and numbers while scoring. iScore needs to know who plays where to assign stats - you do this in starting line up and substitution screens. . If you know the defensive line ups you can assign them post fact through pitch by pitch substitution editor but to get stats in the future you need to assign positions while you score.

if you have stats in game manager and i am on the wrong track here, reply back, and we will go from there

They were entered and kept track when sub were made. I went back and looked on the scoerbook and now they are not listed. There are no stats for individual games and on the team stats. I have never had this problem and this is the second season. I am in a pinch and need the stats. Any suggwstuons

Would this be a case where there are multiple instances of the same player in the lineup? I'm not sure it would effect all 13 games but there have been issues on the board where this was the resolution.

When you go to the individual games, do you see the batting + fielding + pitching stats for the individual game? Have you tried using the Recalc button for an individual game if the stats are missing?

It is for all games all players. It is like all my defense pos are missing

So it sounds like you are not a rookie and had assigned players to positions.

So when you go to a game and are at the game info screen and choose fielding stats and or pitching stats. Are you seeing no players at all, or some but not all players? Or players but not stats.. Likewise when for same game you choose batting stats, what do you see. Please be more descriptive on one game of the 13 so we can follow your situation..

The next question is big, have you deleted players and or teams?
If you go to a game via game manager, and look in fielding stats and see no players ..sound like they got deleted ...

You may want to Turn on the ALL league in league manager when troubleshooting
( I do not think it is the issue, here, but having it on for trouble shooting helps).

I am seeing no players at all just the heading. Tried turning the all league manager on but nothing. Have tried the recal button and this is how I lost the information.

It is starting to sound a lot like deleted teams and players. Please think back in time. when did you deleate, how long ago and did you ever tune your database.

(that may not be as bad as it sounds, depending on when you deleted, last time you exported, when if ever you tuned your database, and when last scored games were and as FTM keeps a few backups on their servers and can restore from one and recover some deleted items at times )

please might as well toss out, hardware type and iscore version number

No deleted teams or plAyers. Newest version of I score. Not sue last time updated. Can try be reenered.
