Official scoring change
I need to change an out to a fielder's choice. Had bases loaded, no out. Next batter hit grounder to pitcher. He came home. Instead of choosing fielder's choice for batter, I chose out and it messed up the scoring. All other parts of inning are correct.
Re: Official scoring change
you can undo and rescore, or manually over ride the stats.
the pitch by pitch editor does not allow you to change an out to a fielder's choice.

Game is over. Can I still undo and rescore?

Re: Official scoring change
Yes, you can use Undo even after the game is over.

Re: Official scoring change
yes you can undo after a game, depending how far back the correction is, this can be very fast and easy.
before you do undo past game over, make note of end time, and after rescoring you may want to go back and re set end time.

Re: Official scoring change
OhioTex, I am new to iScore. Can I go back to the first inning to change the scoring without losing any subsequent innings? If I am correct, if I use undo I will have to re-enter all scoring after that. Correct?
Re: Official scoring change
You are correct that you will have to re-enter everything after the mistake. Rescoring is possible, although may be difficult for a new user. I suggest you print out the scorecard and the play by play before you undo. With those two reports handy it is possible to recreate the game pretty well. A redo all the way back to first inning is why some prefer to use the stats override to make corrections that pitch by pitch editor can't handle. restoring is the cleaner option if you are a purist.

Re: Official scoring change
Thanks, team mom and Ohio Tex. I got it fixed just like you said. I printed the reports and recreated it.
