website adminstration to display specific leagues

Post by rwmiii » Mon May 23, 2011 5:06 am

On the website view I am having difficulty allowing either myself, as administrator, or others to view specific leagues. In the adminstrator access area, I can see the league as a drop down choice. However, when I try to view the statistics from the specific tournament (set as its own league), I cannot see the league as an option. I have the choice of ALL or a few of the other leagues established, but not all of them (or the ones I want to view). Please help.

You need to add the leagues you want available on your team website to the TEAM in iScore. Go to Team Manager, select your team, select Leagues, and put check marks next to all the ones you want to appear on your team website, then do an Options -> Export.

This helped with part of the problem. When I am on the Statistics screen, I am still not seeing all of the league options that are available in the Settings screen. For example, in the Settings screen I have 10 leagues plus (All). However, when I'm on the Statistics screen, it only gives me the option of choosing (All) and leagues 1-4. I want the specific stats from league 9. However, it is not one of my drop down options on that screen.

I do appreciate the merge option though. Its getting me closer to where I need to be.

The stats screens only show the Leagues that are assigned to the Team the site is for. You may also have to have at least one game assigned to the league in order for the league to appear. We try not to show leagues that have no games.

The leagues I am trying to view have 8 games each. I checked the game to make sure the appropriate league was checked as well.

If you can email us your customer ID and team website URL, and tell us which league you are unable to select, we will take a look. Send email to support@iscoresports.com.

Do you have all 10 leagues checked in both league manager and all ten checked for your team in team manager and exported as such?

I suspect dan is on the right trail..

The team your web site is associated with must have each league you want visible on the team site associated with the team under team manger. After you merged teams, check the resulting team has all needed leagues assigned to it under team manager > leagues. Then option export to let your team web ate know...

Edited: I figured out what I need to do, I think. Still have a problem with team names missing from games, but I'll find another post for that.

Thanks!

Team names are editable as is the title of the game.. All from game info screen

Review your game info page ( game manager> select game > game info) edit as needed.

Remember after editing, you need to re email score card For change to be reflected, also re export and re synch iscorecast ..
