I had an issue where a courtesy runner for a pitcher incorrectly appeared as the batter in the next inning. The stats are correct (pitcher got the ab, not the courtesy runner), but the scorecast and play-by-play both show the courtesy runner as the batter. I've gone over the play-by-play and can find no entry where I mistakenly entered the courtesy runner (and double-checked that it wasn't a pinch-runner). I've rebooted my device, exited the app, exited the game and re-entered, forced a re-calc of stats and re-synced iscorecast and I still can't pinpoint the mistake. I've exported my data and I emailed support about 10 days ago (LIVEMOBILE-5052). I'm sure I made a mistake, I just can't find it.

Are you certain that your used courtesy runner vs subbing the runner? I have made the subbing mistake in the past.

I definitely used courtesy runner (I'm looking at the pitch-by-pitch now) and I remember looking down during the rest of the inning and seeing the courtesy runner listed as the pitcher. I subsequently went back and subbed the real pitcher back for the courtesy runner when he was at 3rd, so he would show as the pitcher. Is there any way to delete a substitution from pitch-by-pitch? I can add substitutions, but it would be helpful to be able to delete a substitution. I've had this problem before trying to clean up a scorecard (you know, "Oh look, Johnny's now at shortstop" tap, tap, tap, "oh no, Johnny was really going to centerfield", tap, tap, tap. Which adds another line to the scorecard.

Either way, the courtesy runner comes back up to bat in the pitch by pitch, but has no plate appearances in the batting stats.

I am sure FTM will find your email from this post or request a resend. They are typically 1-2 day turnaround, except for some odd ball situations.
It is odd that the CR is at the plate because iScore generally separates events.
