eport/ i-scorecast

Post by tinman » Mon May 09, 2011 3:55 pm

I am trying to setup/view a previous game on iscorecast.
I have set all my options up (enabled i-Scorecast to on)
Syncronized the previous game.
The problem I am having is trying to export I get the message export falied.
When I go to http://my.iscorecentral.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; it does not allow me to login. Says I need to export but my export fails everytime.
When I go to http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecast/player.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (the iscorecast page) I get an invalid customer id? I can log into another users game but it seems to me that my customer ID is invalid.
Can anyone help?
FYI it appeared that the sync worked but nothing else did.
cust id xxxxxxxx

Thank you.

That customer ID has never exported, and has never done an iScorecast. We have also looked in our logs, and that customer ID has never even contacted our server to attempt an Options -> Export.

This means that either the customer ID as you typed is incorrect, or your device is not connected to the internet. Be sure the devices is connected to the internet when trying to do an Export (WiFi or 3G connection).

We are removing your customer ID from the message, but if you continue having troubles, you can email us directly at support@iscoresports.com.
