player card pdf has error when opening after sent via email

I have emailed all my player cards to myself to send out to all the players. All were fine except for one player, adobe states an error exists on this page. etc etc...

it shows part of the page but appears lines are being placed where they shouldn't etc. out of 18 players this is the only one I am having issues with... any ideas???? please help!

Not seen this.. What type device are you using.. Andorid? IOS, model?

I assume you have tried re sending again...

What is the adobe error?

Do you have a photo involved with this player?

Will assume you are using most current versions of adobe and iscore...

using an ipone 3gs... I have resent to different emails / merged player into a new player I have added a photo and removed a photo....
All other players worked fine....


Could I email you the pdf and or the error? if so please pm me your info.

If you can email your customer ID (found on Options screen in iScore), and which Player you are trying to email the player card for, we can take a look. Send the email to support@iscoresports.com.

how long does it usually take to get a response back on an issue?

generally hours/days. not days/week. double check you sent to correct email address. support@iscoresports.com
