Missing scorecards on the iScore website

On my team iScore website, some of the scorecards are not being listed when I click on the "Games" option button.

How do I get all scorecards to appear for each played game?

A copy of the scorecard is stored on the server when you email it to yourself. Go to each of the games that a scorecard is not appearing for, and email yourself the scorecard, and it will appear. If you don't want to send an actual email, you can email to "web", and it will store the scorecard on your team website, but not actually send the email.

I've emailed my scorecard, but this is still not showing on my iScore website. Am I missing a step?

Just to clarify, the game shows on the team website but the scorecard does not although it has been emailed?
After the email you saw a pop up that said email sent?

Yes. The game shows on the team website, but the scorecard does not.

The game has been emailed and I did receive a pop up that said the email was sent. I'm able to view the scorecard on my phone. I've also been able to open the email and view the scorecard on my machine/laptop at home, but the scorecard is not displaying on the website.

I've sent my customer ID and website URL to support@iscoresports.com. They are taking a look.
