If you can do an Options->Export from your device, email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com, and tell us which game is not coming up right on the scorecard, we can take a look.

Re: Scorecard Printing

I have another question regarding the scorecards. After the game I email myself a copy of the scorecard and stats. I then use the score card to double check my scorekeepers, they are still learning, with the pitch by pitch. I then make the necessary changes and resend the scorecard. The changes are made in the stats, but the scorecard doesn't reflect the changes. It's not a huge deal, but I do send the scorecards to media to help with their writing. Is there no way to make changes to the card once it's printed?

When you make changes on a device by editing the Pitch by Pitch, those changes should be reflected on the scorecard being sent from that device. If you are editing Stats directly (overriding), those changes would not be reflected on a scorecard, but anything you do in the Pitch by Pitch listing should appear in the scorecard.

If you have a case where you have edited the Pitch by Pitch, then emailed a new scorecard from that device and it is not showing the change you have made, we would like to see that. You can email us directly at support@iscoresports.com. Do an Options->Export in iScore, and email us your customer ID (found on Options screen), and which game / play you edited that is not showing up correctly on a scorecard.
