ipad export

ipad export

i have succcessfully exported in the past but it now fails. tried at 2 different locations. can sync w iscorecast but games dont upload. any thoughts?

If you can email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and remind us you are having trouble exporting, we keep logs on our server of all uploads and can tell you if we are getting an error on our end. The exports send a lot more data then an individual scorecast sync, so it is even more important to have a good network connection when exporting.

#1 is make sure you have good internet connection, A good tip, sometimes is to hard re boot your iPhone/iTouch (slide to power off) that helps sometimes
