adding relief pitchers?

Post by mitchell422 » Tue Apr 12, 2011 5:41 pm

Hello,
I use Iscore for Strat games. The question I have? I cannot figure how to bring in a relief pitcher. I have replaced pitchers. Iscore just changes the name and continues to keep pitching stats for the new pitch as if he played the whole game. What am I missing?

Thanks

Mitch

Welcome to the board.

To change a pitcher from the game play screen, tap the pitcher, a roster will pop up, pick the replacement pitcher, then tap save. This should put the new player in as pitcher.

It sounds as if you are using starting lineup to make substitutions. If you sub in the middle of the game, the instructions provided by danmcc should work.

Thanks for the help. Had a game tonight, RP came in the sixth and a closer bottom of the ninth. When I checked the scorecard, it shows the closer pitching the whole game????

Could you post the exact taps you are taking? We can better troubleshoot that way. I am assuming you are using the in game substitution vs using the starting lineup substitution.

If it is showing him in the whole game it sounds like you are changing the starting lineup instead of doing substitutions. Training video 3 is a good place to learn about substitutions:
