Issue updating the cumulative team stats

I am having trouble with the update on the teams cumulative stats. For some reason it has stopped automatically updating. My team has played 4 games and the team stats only have updated two games. Am I forgetting to do something or is there a problem with my app?

Welcome to the board.

Are all the games assigned to a league that is also assigned/checked to the team? Team stats will only pull stats from the league games assigned to the team.

Another problem we have seen is people exiting the scoring screen without actually ending the game. If your game ended before the scheduled number of innings, be sure to use Misc->End Game to let iScore know the game is over. If you go to Game Manager and see games that are done but don't have an F next to them, then that is the case. Select the game, select Play, then use Misc -> Game Over and the stats for the game will be calculated.

I have made sure that all the leagues are the same and all the games are ended. It seems that sometimes when I start a game there will be missing player numbers. When this happens I know it will not update to the team stats. Any more ideas?

Sounds like you are probably editing Lineups without copying the data back to the Team Rosters.

If you go to Team Manager and select the team, select roster, and make sure all the players you want to view stats for are actually listed on the team roster.

alterbaseball. did you ever re solve the stats update ? if not are you talking about updateing a team web site automatically or the Team Manager > Team > Team Stats on your device? If an issue on teh web site, make sure you Option > export aftr every scored game. If on your device, turn on the ALL league in league manager to trouble shoot, double check your list of team in team manager and make sure not a duplication of teams.
