mlb 2011 roster issue

Post by dcooper58 » Wed Mar 30, 2011 8:02 am

I purchased the roster add-on, but the iscore server crashed before downloading to my IPod Touch, and I don't believe I received an activation code in my e-mail. Now I don't know how to download the rosters to my device.

Can the activation code be emailed again?

Thanks!

If you can email us at support@iscoresports.com, we can look up your purchase and send you an activation code. We do not have any records of the "server crashing", so we are sure there is another explanation. Usually when a user has purchased the Rosters online and have not received an activation code, it means it has gone into their "SPAM" or "Junk Mail" folder on their email client.

Immediately after making the purchase, my Touch got a message back that said "server unavailable." So while your server may not have "crashed," it clearly wasn't functioning at 100% precision when I made the transaction.

Are you saying your purchased with in app purchase on the device itself? If that is the case, then activation would happen automatically and you would not get an activation code. The "Server Unavailable" would likely be coming from Apple. In any case, if you can send us the details to support@iscoresports.com, we can get to the bottom of it.

Thank you.

I purchased the ESPN iScore Baseball scorebook application last year. It costs $10.00 last year and I didn't purchase the additional $20.00 fee for the 2010 MLB rosters. You find this out after you paid $10.00. for the app.

Today I updated the app and bought what I thought was 2011 MLB rosters for $20.00. When I uploaded and starting scoring. It was the 2010 MLB rosters. I like my money back or the 2011 rosters please.

I went to their so called web site and there's no customer supports.

What gives?

Thanks

I am not sure how you would have gotten 2010 rosters today...but I am confident an email to support@iscoresports.com will get you prompt attention, please include your dvice id and explain the situation.
