Saving settings for team website

I am in the process of setting up our team website and have had considerable difficulty in saving any settings.

I saw a recent post describing the same difficulty:
"I've tried multiple times to change the settings on our team webpage - I would like to change the title on the opening page, colors, etc.

I hit test and it shows the color change -then I hit save and it goes back to the original - am I doing something wrong?"

The proposed solution was to clear all browser cache and restart browser.

I've tried this repeatedly with no success.

If I'm missing something, doing something incorrectly, or if any other solutions exist, please let me know.

First, thanks for your quick reply.

The changes seem to be updating now. I've found that if I make and save changes one or two items at a time, logoff and clear the browser cache, the changes will be reflected after about 5 to 10 minutes.
