iscorecast blackberry support

iscorecast does not seem to load on the blackberry browser?

The html version does work fine on my ipod touch and ipad.

What are you seeing when you try the above URL? We are using pretty standard HTML that should work with any modern browser, so surprised to hear it is not working on your Blackberry. Can you send us a screenshot of what you see to support@iscoresports.com ?

I use the html link that gets emailed out.

The screen is just blank.

I will try it again when I score the game tonight. I don't actually have a blackberry it was my friend that was sitting next to me. I will get someone else to try it today and get the model number and stuff of the phone.

Thank you... that link seems to work fine for us. Would like to learn more about why it isn't working on Blackberry. We have used it with several iOS devices and Android devices as well.

yes ios and android seem to work fine. Since everyone here has blackberries I can try it on a few different ones. I'll let you know the results.

Many Blackberry models have poor browsers, the kind that only work well with WAP sites (designed for a limited browser), so this may be part of it. It's important to know which models of Blackberry and also which version of the Blackberry OS is in use. Versions before 6 are most likely to fail. Version 6 brought with it the newer, WebKit based browser. There are also 3rd party browsers available for the Blackberry before version 6 that will have a better chance to read the site - you may need to get one of those.
